“Customer” Means the person who purchases fruit using your login
“Honesty Box Avos” Means www.honestyboxavos.co.nz
“GST” Means Goods & Services Tax chargeable in accordance with the Goods & Services Tax Act 1985
“Login” Means a customer’s personal email address and password used to access Honesty Box Avos
“Fruit” Means products for sale on the Honesty Box Avos website
By using Honesty Box Avos you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. All Fruit and other products supplied by Honesty Box Avos will be in accordance with these terms and conditions and Honesty Box Avos has the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.
Honesty Box Avos has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason.
Customers are liable for every order made under their login.
Honesty Box Avos takes steps to ensure the information provided on its website is correct, however there is no warranty in this regard and Honesty Box Avos will not be liable for any error or omission.
All photos show a representation of appearance of the product, but there is likely to be variations within a variety.
The customer will pay Honesty Box Avos for the fruit ordered at the price displayed on the website at the time the order is submitted together with all shipping costs.
Shipping Costs are determined by size of carton. For rural areas there is no additional cost. Shipping Costs are charged per box of Fruit ordered.
In the event the customer has selected an incorrect shipping option, Honesty Box Avos reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order, or to charge for any additional shipping costs. The customer will be notified if there is any additional delivery charge for their order.
The prices of fruit and shipping costs are in New Zealand currency and are inclusive of GST.
If Honesty Box Avos is unable to supply the fruit ordered, Honesty Box Avos will refund the Customer’s payment.
- Product Quality
The customer acknowledges Honesty Box Avos is selling perishable goods. Honesty Box Avos will, at its discretion, replace any damaged fruit or provide a refund provided the customer lets Honesty Box Avos know within 48 hours of receiving the damaged fruit. If requested by Honesty Box Avos you need to provide additional information and/or a photo of damaged fruit before any refund or replacement will be considered.
Honesty Box Avos will not be liable for damage to fruit as a result of it being delayed by courier, or are responsible for any quality issues resulting from incorrect storage or handling of the fruit once delivered to the customers specified address.
Ripening instructions provided are guidelines only and differing weather conditions within New Zealand can alter ripening processes.
Customers must pay for the fruit purchased either by internet banking or by credit card before their order will be dispatched.
The customer is liable for all costs associated with debt collection.
Honesty Box Avos does not keep on record any customers credit card details.
Pay Pal is the company Honesty Box Avos uses for processing all credit card transactions securely.
Customers with an Honesty Box Avos account who recive invoice billing are required to pay on the stated due date. Honesty Box Avos will charge interest of 3% per month and debt collection charges on any accounts not paid by the due date.
Honesty Box Avos reserves the right to withhold delivery of any product for any reason whatsoever.
Deliveries will be made to the address and location the customer has identified on the order and once left at the specified address the fruit will be deemed to be delivered.
The customer will ensure Honesty Box Avos or its agent is able to deliver where instructed by the Customer.
Honesty Box Avos endeavors to dispatch all orders within seven working days, if a customer has not received an order within seven days of having placed the order, they are required to contact Honesty Box Avos. This is unless there has been notice of other delivery time. In the event the customer receives an incorrect order the customer is required to notify Honesty Box Avos within 24 hours of receipt and failure to do so will deem acceptance of the fruit delivered by Honesty Box Avos. If the customer contacts Honesty Box Avos within 24 hours Honesty Box Avos will arrange for replacement of the correct fruit if it is available.
Please note all boxes delivered to a rural address is at the customers own risk. We highly recommend delivery to a friend/relative, your local business hub or collect your fruit from your local Fastways agent.
- Liability and Indemnity, Product Liability & Liability of Honesty Box Avos
Honesty Box Avos is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any fruit. Honesty Box Avos is not liable for any consequential injury or loss of any kind arising from the customer’s use of Honesty Box Avos or the delivery or failure to deliver fruit.
The customer agrees to indemnify Honesty Box Avos against all liabilities, losses, claims and expenses arising directly or indirectly out of the customer’s use of the Honesty Box Avos site or delivery or failure to deliver any product.
These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our site. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve the site. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where the visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited.
If the customer is not completely satisfied with the quality of Honesty Box Avos fruit after delivery, Honesty Box Avos will at their discretion provide a replacement or a refund.
Honesty Box Avos does not refund you if you change your mind.
